UPDATE:
We had over 310 entries and it has taken the judges a considerable amount of time to decide the winners. It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Daniel Muñoz-Osorio of Spain, Dina Pruzhansky of Israel and John Liberatore of the USA as equal first place winners.

08 December PIANO COMPETITION SHORT LIST
UPDATE: Short list of Composers announced. The first prize winner will be announced on Tuesday 11 December.
The judging panel has enjoyed listening to everyone’s piano pieces – over 310 of them. They have narrowed the listening to 31 works and have asked for an extra few days to meet again to decide the winner. We know every competition says this, but this has been a very hard process due to the quality of works presented. The current shortlist composers are:
